The Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks of Lavaredo) are arguably the most famous symbol of the Dolomites: triking, majestic, and a long-standing dream for mountaineers. A true landmark of Val Gardena and one of the great classic routes of the Dolomites. The climb follows the impressive north face of the Sassolungo, offering long, varied climbing at grades III–IV with a distinctly alpine character. The route begins with a swift ascent on magnificent Dolomite rock up to the Pichlwarte viewpoint.
From here, the true character of the climb unfolds: classic Dolomite climbing along cracks, chimneys, and corners, becoming steadily steeper and more impressive. Those who reach the summit often find themselves alone in the afternoon sun, rewarded with a panorama that more than makes up for the long day.

As the route gains height, the rock quality continues to improve, revealing its truly exceptional character in the final pitches. Throughout the climb, you’re accompanied by a breathtaking panorama of the Sella Group, the Puez Group, and the Val Gardena and Val Badia valleys.

Sas de Stria – South Edge | IV

The Sass de Stria lies between Lagazuoi and Col di Lana and is steeped in myths, legends, and visible traces of the First World War. The south ridge is an ideal route for enjoyable alpine climbing: the sunny approach from Falzarego Pass leads directly to the start, from where the route ascends on solid, well-structured rock.
Gullies, corners, and short chimneys alternate throughout the climb, offering classic alpine variety that delights without becoming overly technical. At the summit, a breathtaking panorama opens up, revealing new and inspiring climbing objectives.
